Brief Intriduction to HY Series High Grade Auto Oil/Water Separation
and Respective Recovery System
HY seies high grade oil/water separation and respective recovery
system is a module type product designed by Bidun company
for the protection of environment and resources.
The system is a high and new tech product wquippeed with
two national patented technology and one proprietary technology.
Except for crude oil and bitumen, it is also capable of efficiently
and accurately separating various kinds of oil and grease
from water. Based on inlet water quality and customers' demand,
the oil/water separation acuracy can be controlled ≤20, 20,
5, 1, 0.5, 0.3 and 0.1 mg/l.
Temperature of oil containing water in the system can be
up to 80℃, and its oil content to 500-1000 mg/l. And the system
can also recover oil from water. It has the functions not
only to recover precious oil and water, to satisfy customers's
stringent demand on production and protect environment, but
also create remarkable economic and social benefits for the
customer.
This system is capable of processing desired amount of water
by customers based on analysis of techno-economic norms.
